A Morning Poem of Sorts

December 6, 2008

As I wake on this wondrous day

What shall I write, what shall I say

I see that when I click enter after a line

I skip a space between

I look around the buttons at top

to see how to alter the text

for I would not space between the lines if only I knew how to change it

What is that button that’s marked Paragraph just above this field

Let’s go find what it is
I click on Address and this is what happens
Oh, that’s not what I want, the italics, I mean
But it did change the spacing in between

Let’s look again

It’s not the Headings that I want

Here let's try Preformatted
There that's more like it. But the text is so small
The default was Paragraph and
What to my chagrin
I can change what it looks like to type the text

Now how do I change the font?

Hooboy! this will go down in some historic annal (so close to anal)
Poet Lauriat here I come… better use spell checker for
Laureate that’s it.

(a note to ardent readers)
While this poem came spontaneous and therefore is rather poor,
you can find more poor poems in a Haiku fashion at My Daily Haiku
Comments are always welcome
Till we blog again, happy trellises, Ron
such a silly mood I’m in

(note to self, type in word or somesuch and paste it to wordpress)
